Job Description:　
Adon Renewables is currently seeking a project manager for its micro grid business. The project manager plays a key role in Adon ‘s organization
and is critical to operational success. The project manager candidate is a talented individual with a desire to take on the challenge of building
the next energy infrastructure. The candidate who will flourish in this role will be: a quick learner; comfortable with multi-tasking; and detail-oriented. Most importantly the candidate will understand the importance of getting the job done right the first time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
・Participates in the project through all phases of the project cycle including estimating, design, development, construction, construction billing,
and final acceptance.
・Assures compliance with Company safety policies and OSHA safety standards.
・May direct multiple projects simultaneously.
・Maintains budget and assures cost spending is kept within budget.
・Responsible for weekly reporting, monthly projection, and scheduling updates.
・Assures daily quantities are collected and entered into accounting software system.
・Prioritizes projects and tasks to achieve department and company objectives.
・Monitors project performance and identifies areas where new/improved planning can improve the quality of existing services as well as
recommend means for improvement, including procedural steps, increased training, and enhanced documentation.
・References baseline schedule for the job to monitor and act upon schedule progression.
・Updates and maintains project schedule.
・Coordinates and delegates timely completion of traffic control plans, equipment mobilization, safety plans, haul road plans, erosion control plans, purchase ordering, job costing, and other duties as required.
・Coordinates with the project superintendents with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
・Keeps track of all necessary licensure and permit requirements and ensure that all are met.
・Completes all necessary paperwork, change forms, and documents any delays and/or changes to scope of work in a timely manner.
・Manages the commissioning process as applicable.
・Participates in all meetings and other functions as a member of the project management team.
・Generates RFI’s, submittals, and transmittals as needed.
・Maintain working relationships with others in the company including ability to motivate and maintain positive morale of the crews.
・Interfaces with the project representatives on a weekly basis.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
・High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
・Ability to think independently and be a problem solver.
・Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
・Proficiency with reading blue prints, plans, specs, contracts, purchase orders, etc.
・Knowledge of project management and job costing software preferred.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite-Excel/Word.
・Knowledge of state and/or federal laws and requirements.
・Coordinates with the Estimating Department for all pricing and change orders.
・Coordinates all material purchases directly or through the Logistics Department based on project organization.
・Valid driver license with clean driving record

Compensation:
・$65,000-90,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Adon Renewables is seeking an experienced Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing our DC grid ready
appliances to consumers in an engaging, functional way, while opening up fresh distribution channels and collaborating with other departments.
The Product Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product line’s potential audience. Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on product development are important in this role. If you understand the consumer market and
distribution channels, we are interested in speaking with you.

Responsibilities and Duties:
・Familiarize yourself with the product line’s components and its potential impact on the market as a whole.
・Practice discretion when discussing the production roll-out and maintain confidentiality
・Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems.
・Evaluate market competition and position the product line so that it appeals to consumers.
・Prepare launch events to coincide with consumers’ buying patterns.
・Write a go-to-market summary and introduce it to the rest of the department.
・Identify and approach potential distributors.
・Analyze customer needs, product offerings and product application opportunities.
・Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional strategies and achieve targeted results.
・Create mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
・3+ years’ product development experience in a supervisory capacity.
・Knowledge of the market and industry.
・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing required.
・Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channels and social media.
・Commitment to 30 percent travel for the first year.
・Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team.

Job Description:

・Feasibility study at client sites;
・Analyze client electrical load data;
・Sizing photovoltaic and battery system;
・Work with CAD designers to complete design for permit;
・Prepare system specifications for construction;
・Work with 3rdparty engineers and local utilities to support the permitting and interconnection process;
・Work with EMS project manager to support the commissioning for each project;
・Work with CAD designers to provide final as built drawings for each project;
・Interact with suppliers and partners worldwide;
・Keep up with the latest technologies to help decentralize energy delivery

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
・Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
・Licensed professional engineer in the State of Hawaii;
・Knowledge of AutoCAD;
・Well organized with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize work.
・Ability to apply electrical engineering concepts to problem solving involving site design issues.
・Construction oversight experience.
