When collecting or using personal information in a way that exceeds the scope of prior specified purpose, TEPCO Ventures shall explain the purpose, the procedure and the contents of range of use, obtaining consent of the person.

   TEPCO Ventures shall use a user’s personal information such as name, address and phone number to operate our services appropriately and smoothly. For acquiring these personal information, TEPCO Ventures collect them through legitimate and fair methods and shall not handle them in a way that exceeds the scope necessary to operate our services appropriately and smoothly.

   Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. and the subsidiary companies/affiliated companies
   For exercise of rights or performance of obligations based on the total compliance or business management/internal control of Tokyo Electric Power Group and the laws. However, the scope which has an influence to the rules of Electricity Business Act is exceptional.

   In case that users wish to confirm their personal information, TEPCO Ventures will endeavor to provide such users with their personal information promptly after fully making sure the person who is making the request is the owner of the personal information. Provided, however, that the request may not be fulfilled when TEPCO Ventures' operations could be significantly affected, or TEPCO Ventures decides it is inappropriate to fulfill the request in accordance with laws, or social customs and business practices. If there are any errors or misrepresentations in the personal information about you that TEPCO Ventures maintains, please inform TEPCO Ventures of your request through TEPCO Ventures’ contact information or mailbox on the web page where you provided your information.
